Introducing Legacy Spirit Night Fundraising!!!
Legacy has always been committed to our local community, but we are excited to announce that we have found a new opportunity to assist our local organizations with their fundraising at our new store location. The bigger space with ample parking has opened the door for us to offer shopping social events for your group to not only come together for a few hours of fun, but to also turn that fun evening into a fundraising opportunity for your organization.
Here's how it works...
* Legacy Spirit Nights are available on Thursday evenings 5:30-7:30 pm. The store is closed during that time, so your group will have their own exclusive, private shopping event at the store. We can even do Spirit Night Online Shopping events if that works best for your group!
* Book your organization's spirit night 24/7 through our website (indicate at checkout in the notes if your party will be in store or online).
* A $5 refundable deposit is required to reserve your spirit night. The deposit will be refunded to your organization at the scheduled event. (The refund will be issued on whichever card was used to complete the reservation transaction through our website.)
* Email us the tax form for your non-profit group (if applicable)
* We will email you with any questions we may have regarding your reservation and to confirm your reservation.
* 10% of all in store sales during your exclusive shopping event, will be donated to your organization.
* No refreshments are provided by Legacy for these events, but if you would like to bring something for your group, please email us for approval at least 2 days before your event.
